AP2HI on Trade Expo Indonesia 2024 to Promote Indonesian Tuna

Tangerang (12/10), Indonesian Pole and Line and Hand line Fisheries Association (AP2HI) partnered with Ministry of Marine and Fisheries Affairs at Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2024.

Held from October 9th until 12th on 2024, at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD in Tangerang. This collaboration aimed to raise awareness of AP2HI’s initiatives while promoting Indonesian tuna through a unified branding strategy.

Minister of Trade Indonesia, Zulkifli Hasan stated that the Trade Expo is improving this year.  TEI event provides benefits for exporters and buyers and also integrated promotions through exhibitions, business matching, business counselling, international seminars, business forums, and business dialogues.

Visitor Engagement and Enthusiasm

Four days of event, witnessed the significant enthusiasm from visitors, buyers, and retailers alike. Attendees showed great interest in the sustainable practices that promoted by AP2HI, highlighting the importance of responsible fishing in enhancing the quality of Indonesian Tuna. The positive reception underscored the growing global demand for sustainably sourced seafood.

Culinary Demonstrations

A standout feature of AP2HI’s participation was a series of cooking demonstrations led by Mr. Didin as our representative chefs.
